Your mission

You will support our marketing team with a focus on performance marketing, marketing automation, 360° campaigns including sales supporting marketing initiatives, multimedia and content marketing, social media marketing, as well as the continuous optimization of funnel performance and event support

Exciting tasks are waiting for you

  • You support us with various performance marketing activities, including SEO, SEA, GEO, and social media
  • You help drive our lifecycle marketing initiatives and support us with marketing automation
  • You support marketing controlling, track relevant KPIs, and prepare data to inform content planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • You support the production of content and marketing assets and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to continuously optimize them
  • You support our B2B sales activities, particularly at relevant industry events and with other sales-related initiatives
  • You develop personas and concepts to optimize the user experience and customer journey
  • You create and test various Proofs of Concept (PoCs)

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled as a full-time student in communications, business studies, marketing, journalism, online media management, or a comparable degree program
  • You are enthusiastic about digital topics and, ideally, have already gained some initial practical experience in areas such as SEO, social media, online editorial work, or web analytics
  • You have strong analytical skills and work in a precise, structured, and detail-oriented manner
  • You work independently, take ownership, and show initiative
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
